Delivery and Returns
We must receive full payment before we dispatch your order. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received payment. You will also receive an email once you order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day but it may take 2-3 working days. If you do not need your items in this time scale we can hold you delivery and delivery it at a later date.

We class working days as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund, if your order has been dispatched and on its way to you will have to pay the haulage cost to return the item(s) to us. That cost will be confirmed by us and then taken from your refund.

If you would like to return your item(s) after they have been delivered you are responsible for the cost of returning them and they must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition that it left our yard in.

It is your responsibility to check the access is sufficient for a delivery vehicle. If the delivery cannot be made due to this then there will be another delivery charge.

You will need to be on site of delivery to sign and check. If the delivery cannot be made due to this then there will be another delivery charge.

We will give you a delivery day and do our best to narrow down a time but this is not always possible.

We will only deliver to the UK mainland. We will not deliver outside the UK.

All items on our site are priced including VAT. Some items will be quoted per square metre but only bought in full packs, this will be clearly stated in the product details.

Some products will be quoted including delivery. Other products will have a delivery charge that will be calculated during checkout.

All products are checked before we dispatch them however breakages can happen during transit. Once you receive your delivery please check it over before signing for it and contact us so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Once you sign for your delivery of products you are confirming that they are in good condition and the responsibility of the products is passed to you.

Natural Stone
When you are buying natural stone you are buying a product that is natural and comes from the ground.

The pictures that we display with the natural stone product should be used as a guide as some colours can change from batch to batch and from pack to pack so we recommend that when buying more than one pack please lay from all packs so you get a blend of colours.

Please download our suppliers installation guide before you start to lay the natural stone.

Right to Cancel
You have a cooling off period of 14 days after the date on which you have received the Goods to cancel the Contract, and return the Goods at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

During the cooling off period any cancellation must be given by written notice by either party.

Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition.

The right to cancel this contract will not apply in respect of:

  • Personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification
  • Goods that have been ordered that are a non stock product

You are asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any claim by you based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with specification must (whether or not delivery is refused by you) be notified to the company within 3 days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure if it was not apparent on reasonable inspection.

Where a valid claim in respect of Goods delivered is notified to us within 5 days of the delivery date, or within a reasonable time if not apparent on reasonable inspection, you are entitled to:

reject the Goods and receive a full refund;
or have the Goods (or the part in question) replaced free of charge.

Any claims made after 14 days of delivery or exceeding a reasonable time of discovery, we shall be entitled to either:

replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or

at our sole discretion refund to you the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price) and we shall have no further liability to you.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence we will not be liable under this contract for any loss or damage caused by us or our agents in circumstances where:

i)there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
ii)such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
iii)any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.

In the event that you are using the supply address in part for commercial purposes then no liability for loss of profits or other economic loss arising out of a breach of this agreement can be accepted.

Subject to our obligations, and your rights under the Regulations, we shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the Goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this Web Site has links.

Old Stock and Seconds

When you purchase any items that are described as old stock or seconds they will not come with a guarantee.

These Terms and Conditions are correct as of December 2013.
